Can I pay with EFTPOS at a Hikotron charger?

No. Hikotron has an account based payment system

You have to top-up your account via our mobile app to pay for your charging sessions

Can I use a Hikotron charger in the rain?

Yes. It is totally safe to use a Hikotron charger come rain or shine. They are IP44 rated and designed for outdoor use

Do I need to pay for parking whilst using a Hikotron charger?

This is site dependant. Please make sure you check the site signage for information about parking charges or restrictions

Do you keep my credit card details safe?

As Hikotron has an account based top-up system, we do not store any of your card details. Top-up payments are managed by our third party provider Stripe www.stripe.com
